Back in 2022, we kicked off our awesome program that's all about discovering the magic of South Park Obsidian. You'll dive into the fascinating world of American Indians and how they used this unique material for crafting tools. Archaeology Day in Fairplay, Colorado, is a local event you won't want to miss! Throughout the day you'll connect with archaeology enthusiasts, families, and community members during this engaging and interactive celebration of our collective heritage.
